How To Deal With Imposter Syndrome

July 29, 2022

Imposter syndrome, doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud, happens because the innovator is trying 2 do something different, something that hasn’t been done before, create something new, taking the lead, make a ruckus because one needs 2 be made, and risking it all on one turn of pitch and toss.

Here’s the thing, if any part of that sounds like you then the way you deal with imposter syndrome is to recognize that you’re supposed to feel like an imposter because you are.  Then you accept it, continue showing up, keep being generous, and keep shipping your work.  Even Albert Einstein was once thought of as an imposter, and we all know how that worked out.
