Perhaps you’ve heard by now that there is a new loan forgiveness application for the PPP known as the EZ Form.

One important thing to know is that the EZ Form can be submitted at anytime. You don’t have to have used all of the money from your PPP loan to submit the form. Nor do you have to wait for the 8 or 24-week cover period to end before applying for forgiveness. You can submit the EZ Form as soon as your lender will accept it.

This loan forgiveness form is specifically designed for the self-employed person in various remote jobs with no employees.

I’ll leave links below to the application itself, and a checklist you can use to see if you’re eligible to use the PPP Loan Forgiveness EZ Form.

Feel free to follow along with me now as I fill it out.

Let’s dive in to filling out the PPP EZ Loan Forgiveness Application.

The forgiveness application is 3 pages long but the first page is the most confusing to fill out.

There’s a 2nd page we’ll work through, and then an optional 3rd page.

When you open the form up you’ll be able to fill it in by typing directly into the spaces.

If your bank let’s you send it in electronically you can just upload it through their portal. Or print it out and mail it in.
