Worth Changing

How To Change

Stephen Covey taught us in his book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change that we’re the sum total of our habits.

Someone, I don’t know who, taught us that If it ain’t broke then don’t try to fix it.  But somethings even if they don’t seem broke need changing.  Change will always require developing new habits.

Changing habits requires us to build new reflexes (the way we respond to stimuli).  Building new reflexes requires repetition and practice.

Here are a few things I think are worth changing.

  1. Negative outlooks
  2. Saying no to people in genuine need
  3. Angry or frustrated responses
  4. Pollution
  5. Mans inhumanity to man
  6. Fearing failure
