The industrial revolution taught us to go to a good school, get good grades, so that someone would pick us for a good job. It worked for 100 years, but now it doesn’t.
Yet we’re still teaching young people to do the same thing. To raise their hands and wait to be picked.
My Pick Yourself talks and workshops teach young people the core skills and mindsets they need to build their personal brands, start thinking like entrepreneurs, and to pick themselves to be the change they want to see in this world.
